We are looking for “Finance & Business Support Manager” for our %100 global client which is operating in automation industry.

 

Requirements:

  • An academic degree with at least 8 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting and procurement,
  • In-depth knowledge of finance and control methods and financial processes,
  • Experience with supporting various business support functions,
  • Experience in procurement and logistics processes,
  • Fluently in English (speaking and writing skills),
  • Customer focused, service minded, accurate and flexible,
  • Proactive attitude, team player,
  • Excellent communicator, self-starter and self-reliant,

Job Description:

  • Determine short- and long-term financial implications and capital requirements to meet objectives,
  • Coordinate and ensure the realization of the company's annual statutory accounts.
  • Develop and maintain procedures and instructions to ensure the financial accounting quality standard,
  • Check the output of balance and P&L accounts to identify non-conformance and improve the quality of output,
  • Keep up with internal and external developments, changes in legislation, in the field of accounting, VAT, insurance and treasury, and share this knowledge with accounting staff to increase the team’s knowledge,
  • Manage the cash flow according to the targets set and the risks related to the company's foreign currency exposure in line with group policy. (Cash flow management, check all vendor, advance payments, DSO analysis, analyze and hedge foreign currency exposures)
  • Coordinates the audit/submission of the tax-return,
  • Coordinate the planning and control process, give advice to local management on annual budget and quarterly forecasts, based on the analysis of the business plan,
  • Execute financial performance analysis, identify potential financial risks,
  • Manage day to day procurement activities and agents to ensure compliance with all company and regulatory policies,
  • Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
